Twelve images are arranged on this hanging scroll, each accompanied by a Tibetan inscription stating Akshobhya’s mantra and a wish that the unvirtuous deeds committed by oneself and by all sentient beings will be pacified. The Tibetan texts reads: “Namo ratna trayaya / Om kamkani kamkani rochani rochani / rochani rochani / trotani trotani / pratihana pratihana / sarva karma param parani me sarva sattva nancha svaha / bdag dang sems can rnams kyi sdig pa thams cad shanti ku ru svaha / om ah hum.”
